After Spending my twenties living in a monastery doing internal healing and embodiment work in Japan, my hands on healing work has evolved over the last decade. Originally trained in Structural Integration at the Soma Institute of Neuromuscular Integration®, I’m now a practitioner of SourcePoint Therapy®, Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation. These advanced modalities allow me to effectively treat a broad spectrum of issues, included repetitive stress, injuries, surgery recovery, sciatica, migraines, improve coordination and posture, restore vitality, and reduce pain. I am committed to working in colaboration with the client to manifest lasting change.
I work both in the traditional Ten Series Model of Structural Integration and also creatively in non-formulaic customized individual sessions.
My background includes:
Assistant Teaching SourcePoint Module 1 and 2, 2018
SourcePoint Therapy Modules 1,2,3 Advanced 1 and 2, with Bob Schrei and Donna Thomson, 2015-2018
Dermo Neuro Vascular Mobilization Mod 2 with Jon Martine 2015
Peripheral Neural Mobilization Module 1 with Jon Martine, 2014

Hi, I am Teresa, Corey's wife and assistant extraordinaire at Corey Hess Body Therapy. Corey and I met at Sogenji monastery in Okayama, Japan. I thoroughly enjoy homeschooling our three beautiful daughters and helping with behind-the-scenes organization, vision creation and implementation, and scheduling communication at Corey Hess Body Therapy.
