This Class pass includes:
- All access to classes for the month Tuesday through Saturday.
-One Private Zoom Meeting with Corey. In this meeting we can discuss meditation, relationships, practice, creativity, anything which would help you with your process.
-Access to a monthly group Zoom meeting with other practitioners.
The goal of the work is to wake the client up to his/her body. Similar to Rolfing®, SOMA is an 11-session series addressing the integrity of the whole body through its connective fascia. SOMA has been effective in treating depression, anxiety, chronic pain, asthma, post-partum issues, aches & pains and more. It introduces the client to greater flexibility, vitality, ease of movement and overall health.
