This is the monthly payment option for the year-long program.

People can join program this at any point as we will just keep going.

Many people have expressed the desire to just keep going with the intensive and training life after the month has finished, and so this yearlong training program was born. It will also give some needed structure to practitioners throughout the year. Some people have felt a big let down after the monthlong intensives, and would rather we just keep on going.

I’ve seen practitioners change so much in this nurturing environment of practitioners. Real cellular transformations are possible!

For Beginners or Advanced practitioners.

-Integrating the practice into our lives in a healthy sustainable life.

-Practicing every day.

-We will plan to meet about every two weeks via Zoom to discuss practice. Usually Saturdays after the 8am PDT class.

-Various new exercises for practice will be suggested. Examples of that will be something like walking regularly in the woods and exploring how to open up to the forest, or redefining how to walk without programing, moving backwards while moving forwards, becoming what we are doing, harmonizing in daily life

-We will have the active discord/Facebook group and chat groups

-Maybe a member led Choka (Chanting group) via Discord or Facebook!

-Birthday Poem: each person when it is their birthday will present a poem about where they are in their practice. (Optional)

-Attendance at the in-person Workshops whenever possible!

-We will have specific topics in some of the calls. Examples of this might be practice and sexuality, or sexual energy and how to work with it. Or relationships. Or touch as a medium to explore practice. Practice in daily life.

-Participants will need to commit to a year of practice and to this program. I will accept people who join in late, but I would rather not have people dropping off throughout the year. We don’t have to be perfect in our practice. It must work with our lives, and it is a process of learning to make the practice work out in the world. It is not a sprint, but more like a long hike. One step in front of the other.

-People will pair off with buddies to check in with each other. We don’t want anyone falling away and getting lost in the process.

Price will be $200 per month or $2300 for the year. I won’t turn anyone away if they cannot pay. What is most important is to have sincere people practicing.

Part of why I am doing this yearlong program is to bring some more financial stability to this group for me. As an artist, the consistent ongoing pay is needed to support this group and make it happen.

Also, I can offer a discount if you invite a full paying participant to the group.
