Private Discussion about Practice, Energetic Issues, Meditation, and Internal Process

After I had been writing my blog for a few years, I began to receive inquiries from people around the world asking about different issues they were having in their practice. Sometimes questions about meditation, or energetic issues they were having. Other times questions on how to deepen their experience of everyday life.

From those inquiries, these in-person or online video discussions were born. These sessions are customized to the individual to discuss how they can better interact with their lives, relate with others, deal with emotional issues, etc.

When I was early in my practice, I was lucky enough to have a few people who I could sit on the porch with at the monastery in Japan and discuss my practice. These discussions really helped and inspired me to keep going. So these sessions are in that spirit.
