Details of the Certification Program:

In order to become certified, students must practice with the Energy Collective for a minimum of 2 years. If you are just beginning to work with Corey, know that certification will take at least two years.

If you’ve already done a year-long practice session with us, your certification could be complete by the end of 2025 if other requirements (below) are also met. If you have not, you will need to register and pay for another Year-long practice session before becoming certified.

Membership in the 2025 Year-long Energy Collective practice session is in included in the Instructor Certification Program. This includes a class pass for all online classes through the year, monthly online mini-retreats, monthly Zoom calls to discuss practice with the Energy Collective, and access to a Discord group for regular communication & practice opportunities with Corey and the other Energy Collective members, as well as a library of recorded classes.

Requirements:

-Attend at least two classes a week (classes are offered 5 times a week + weekly member-led class. Class pass for the year is included in Certification fee)

-Demonstrate that you understand the 8 fold brocade, NDBM, ZZ Postures, etc

-Lead the member-led class in rotation with other students

-Attend at least 2 in-person retreats, paid separately (exceptions are possible for certain circumstances). Attendance at previous in-person retreats go towards meeting this requirement.

-Meet with training cohort in special monthly Zoom calls

-Immersion in recommended resources (books, articles, videos, etc).

-Practice daily and join Rooms regularly (Rooms are spontaneous practice sessions with other Energy Collective members accessed via the Discord group)

-Be active in discussion and supporting new members via the Discord group and on Zoom calls.

-Recommended add-on: purchase package of 3 private mentoring sessions with Corey for $480.

-Students must show that they have gotten something out of this work. Not that they “have it”, but that they have truly benefited from the training.

Students will receive a certificate of completion when the above requirements have been met.

Once students fulfill the requirements and show aptitude, they will be able to begin teaching their own classes. This may take a year or longer, depending on how quickly students fulfill requirements.

We will also have discussion of how to best share this work with students.

This will be a part of continuous development program, for students to renew their certification and continue to deepen.

At a later date, we will have an advanced program.
