This is a two part, 4 hour video recording of our monthly Mini-Retreat.

There are two links, both two hours in length.

Part one: In the first hour we sit for about 15-20 minutes. Then We do a warm up and some Zhan Zhuang.

After a bathroom break, we do the eight-folded brocade.

Then we do a bit more Zhan Zhuang and then go into seated meditation.

Part two: In the second link, we begin with seated meditation, then move on to warm up and Zhan Zhuang and some Qigong. After the bathroom break, we do an extended time in the Non-Directed body Movement. Then we finish with seated meditation.
