Purchase this package of three distance sessions (Normally $170.00 a session).
Distance sessions begin with a 15 minute Zoom call, after which the client rests comfortably in a quiet space while the distance session occurs. Afterwards, I email the client, telling them what I worked on and what I found.
The goal of the work is to wake the client up to his/her body. Similar to Rolfing®, SOMA is an 11-session series addressing the integrity of the whole body through its connective fascia. SOMA has been effective in treating depression, anxiety, chronic pain, asthma, post-partum issues, aches & pains and more. It introduces the client to greater flexibility, vitality, ease of movement and overall health.
